In the year 1961, Mr. Satish Chandra Jain, Chairman-Radiant Group, had a vision of lending a helping hand to various development and infrastructure projects in the country. This vision assumed the form of a sole proprietorship company, M/s. Satish Construction company, that took the responsibility of constructing not mere concrete and mortar building homes but erecting homes that reflect warmth and a sense of belonging for a number of families.

After three decades of technical, administrative and financial management of construction projects; covering over two million sq. ft. of built up area, Mr. Satish Chandra Jain converted his construction house into a partnership concern by roping in his son, Mr. Rishi Raj Jain in April 1992. This marked the beginning of a winning combination: experience and sagacity of the older generation coupled with the dynamism and motivation of the younger one.

The company’s strong foundation is reflected in our hand-picked team of dedicated & skilled workers, competent engineers and proficient supervisors. They have helped the company in earning a reputation for timely completion of all projects. The company has the distinction of serving the most illustrious and demanding government sectors within the country. The company is registered as class one contractor for CPWD, DDA, MCD, and Post and Telegraph department, to name a few, and as such this is an indication of our credibility in the market. Radiant Infrastructure has strategically located commercial and IT land earmarked for development projects.

Mr. Satish Chandra Jain’s contribution in providing homes and a service par excellence was recognized by the Jain Milan International, who conferred upon him the “Jain Milan Udyog Vyapar Ratan” award in 1983.
